If you’ve bought something advertised on this site, and the product or service isn’t delivered, OR if the product or service supplied is materially different from what was advertised, contact us for a refund and we will deal with the issue.
All you need to do is get in touch with us, and send us the info we need to chase up the matter and we will take it from there. Any time there is an issue where a product is not sent OR the product is not as advertised, we will refund you the purchase price and we will take the matter from there.
