Deals I Love has a 24 hour Change of Mind Policy

If you accidentally bought something, or bought too many of something, or you and someone else had the same idea at the same time and you both bought it, don’t panic. We have a 24 hour change of mind policy.

Just contact us within 24 hours of making your purchase we will cancel your purchase and credit your account with store credit.

This refund policy is NOT available in the following circumstances:

  • If you have used the goods or service purchased.
  • If the item is a rapid ship item and has already been dispatched when you contact us (we will allow a return for credit in this circumstance – so long as you contact us within the change of mind period)
  • If the offer states that the 24 hour change of mind policy does not apply.
To lodge a request, just click the support tab on the right of your screen and open a support ticket.
Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase when:

•    The goods are faulty
•    The goods are damaged on arrival
•    The goods are materially different to the goods advertised

To organise an exchange or refund, please use the following steps:
  1. Contact us  and provide details of the situation (Use the black and white SUPPORT tab floater on the right of your screen)
  2. As soon as we have the return information, we will process the claim and instruct you on what to do next.
  3. Sometimes we have to contact an external supplier so this process can take 2-4 working days, so please bear with us
  4. Follow the return instructions issued to you. Return postage is at the buyers expense.

Please note: goods must be returned with original packaging. Return postage is at your own expense. Please make sure you include a copy of your purchase receipt / voucher so we can match up the product with your order. We, in our sole discretion, may elect to replace the goods or refund you for the purchase price.

Purchase details:

When you return something, including your voucher or purchase receipt helps us enormously because when the warehouse receives your return, they know exactly who it came from. If you do not include this information and your package does not have sufficient information for us to contact you, we won’t be able to process a return or refund. So please make sure you put this information in with your return BEFORE you send us the item.
